Acts

For six weeks we will focus our attention on the book of Acts. Each week we will focus on a different section of Acts that provides us with some important messages. First, the Holy Spirit is necessary equipment for all Christians for spreading the Good News and changing the world. Second, communities within the early church were very much like our small groups. Such groups are places where we can strengthen the muscles we need for communicating God’s love to others.

Fearfully And Wonderfully Made

Join us this Mother’s Day for a time of celebration and remembrance for our children – those who are living, those who have died and those not yet born.

Fight Club

Conflict is an inevitable part of any relationship. The question is not, “Will we have conflict?” The question is, “How will we deal with conflict?” Conflict can strengthen our relationships or it can destroy them. We are committed to helping people build strong, enduring relationships. We desire to see marriages, families and friendships that are healthy and growing. Navigating through conflict is an important part of the process. We invite you to join us as we begin a three-week series designed to give you lasting principles for the most important relationships in your life.

James

Join us for nine practical principles that James, the brother of Christ, believed were important for the young Christian church, and that are equally important for us today.

Lost

LOST… that’s how we feel sometimes when it comes to our marriage or our family. We didn’t plan it that way. Like most people, we didn’t head into marriage or parenthood thinking we would ever lose our bearing. It usually happens gradually – a few wrong turns and then the growing sense of being surrounded by the unfamiliar. We are committed to helping marriages and families navigate through the challenges of life. We invite you to join us this weekend as we begin a five-week series designed to give you lasting principles for the most important relationships in your life.

There’s Hope

Life is difficult. It doesn’t always turn out exactly the way we had planned. Sometimes our dreams get shattered. Other times they just get put on hold. Either way, the result can be devastating. It can change our attitude from hope-filled to hopeless.

We Are Witnesses

Taste and see that the Lord is good. We have been witnesses to God’s miracles as he has worked in the life of our congregation. Join us as we give testimony to the faithfulness of God in this one year anniversary service.

8 Ways To Improve Your Life and the Lives of Others

At the start of a new year or new season of your life, it’s always good to stop and re-prioritize your life. Join us for 8 Ways to Improve Your Life and the Lives of Others as we look at what the Bible says about living a healthy life.

Getting This Christmas Right

Every January many of us experience something that could only be described as “Christmas remorse.” We go into the Christmas season saying, “It’s going to be different this year. I’m going to slow down. I’m going to stay within my budget. I’m going to focus on the real meaning of Christmas.” Then January comes and we are exhausted, feeling further away from God than we did before the Christmas season.

Stressed Out

We need to mind God’s business, not the business of others who would distract us from our divine purpose. Citing the blind man given sight by Jesus in John 9, we should focus on the divine resolution, rather than the miracle worked. The whys and inequalities of life aren’t important; what’s important is to be ready and able to do God’s work when called upon, to His glory. Resolve to turn away from distractions, such as procrastination, jealousy, addictions, pessimism, etc. which will “come out of the woodwork” to keep us from realizing the unique task He has carved out for each of us.
