If you’re speaking, you might say something like “Pastor Rod Stafford from Fairfax Community Church says…” or “I was listening to a sermon by Rod Stafford, the pastor of Fairfax Community Church, and he said…” or “Pastor Rod Stafford from Fairfax Community Church has been extremely helpful in understanding this passage…”
