Remember the sneakers? Remember the sweater? Remember the cute little song? It was always a beautiful day in Mr. Rogers’ neighborhood. And no matter who you were, you were invited to be his neighbor. It was an invitation to be in relationship—but not a real relationship. It was, after all, a TV show. Life can be a lot more complicated than Mr. Roger’s idyllic neighborhood. Whether it’s a relationship with your parents, your friends or a stranger, Jesus’ call to “love your neighbor” has huge implications.
Every one of us is attached to something—some person, thing or experience. The trouble with our attachments is that sometimes they let us down. Join us for the next three weeks as we explore the attachments that become part of our identity, and uncover the truth about our identity in Christ.
Join us for our new series on sex, dating and relationships called “Twilight: before dark.” Twilight is an extremely popular book series ( and now a movie) that follows the relationship of two teenagers. We’ll use this pop culture story as our back drop to talk about: moral boundaries, what the bible says about sex, purity as a lifestyle, dating and how far is too far, and choices and standards that lead to a healthy marriage.

Join us for a 4-part series entitled “Shortcuts” which focuses our attention on one question that has the power to fool proof our decision making from this point forward.
