You are a part of something bigger than your own story. Hannah prayed for a child having no idea God would use her son to choose and counsel a king. She prayed for a king at a time when Israel did not even have kings. She prayed out of her own specific context about things she was experiencing (which we all do). But God answered according to HIS plan to accomplish a future she could not possibly have comprehended at the time.
